Kaffan March for the Release of Aafia Siddiqui and other Missing Persons

Date: Tuesday, 21st September, 2010, onwards till Thursday, 23rd September, 2010

Venue: D-Chowk, End of Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan

Important to note,

1. Dr. Aafia Siddiqui is due to be sentenced on 23rd September, 2010, for solitary imprisonment till death.

2. If we are not successful in securing release of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui before her sentencing, her struggle for freedom will become much more complicated and perhaps impossible.

People are are requested and encouraged to reach the Kaffan Rally.

However, those who are unable to reach Islamabad, can form groups of 10-12 persons among family, friends and colleagues, and reach the Press Club of their city at any time that is convenient to them. The basic purpose is to show your concern and protest.
