Aafia was recently moved to FMC CARSWELL to start her 86 year sentence, a facility dubbed a 'hospital of horrors'. Subsequently the books and notes that she had in her possession at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in New York have been taken from her.

Muslims around the world will celebrate Eid ul-Adha on Tuesday 16th November. We encourage all individuals of conscience to send Aafia an Eid card or other post cards to remind her she has not been forgotten.

It may bring a smile to our sister's face for the cost and effort of a postage stamp.

Write to Aafia:

AAFIA SIDDIQUI # 90279-054
FMC Carswell
Federal Medical Center
P.O.Box 27137
Fort Worth Texas 76127
USA

An Eid Gift for Aafia? Books and Magazines

Books and magazines may be sent to the above address but must be purchased and delivered directly by the publisher or bookstore (e.g. Amazon). They cannot be send directly by individuals in the post. For magazines, it is suggested that a subscription is set up in the name of 'Aafia Siddiqui' and delivered to the above address.

NB: For the time being Aafia is only accepting postcards. Please do not send long messages or letters. Please avoid political discussion, anything that could be considered inflammatory, controversial or which could be misconstrued in a way that is detrimental to Aafia and her case.
